All orders placed with Narrya are meticulously processed and shipped with reliable courier services subject to service availability. Once the shipment is dispatched, order cancellations will not be accepted.

Delivery Time: Our courier services typically deliver within 3-5 working days to tier 1 cities. However, delivery to tier 2 areas may take up to 5-7 working days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Lost or Delayed Packages: To ensure successful delivery, please verify your shipping address. In the case of incorrect information leading to a return, we will notify you, issue a refund for the purchase amount, excluding shipping charges.

For prepaid orders not delivered within 21 working days post-dispatch, an automatic refund will be processed, considering the item lost. For cash on delivery orders, if not delivered within 14 working days for tier 1 cities or 21 working days for tier 2 cities, customers can cancel/reject the shipment, and it will be returned to us.

We do not guarantee specific delivery times, as this is dependent on the courier company (e.g., Bluedart, Ecom Xpress etc.).

Dispatch and Processing: We aim to dispatch purchased items within 1 or 2 business days. Our office operates on weekdays, and orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 10:00 am IST will be considered for the following business day.

Shipping Address Verification: Ensure accurate shipping details to prevent issues. If an item is returned due to incorrect/address information, we'll notify you and issue a refund, excluding shipping charges.

Delivery Terms: Orders received after our 10 am deadline are processed on the next working day (Monday to Saturday). We don't process orders on weekends or holidays. For instance, orders placed after our 10 am deadline on Saturday are processed the following Monday.

Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is currently not available. Customers are encouraged to use prepaid payment methods. 

Order Tracking: Upon placing an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. If you haven't received it within 48 hours or your products are not delivered within the specified timeframe, contact our Customer Service team.

Collecting Orders: At present, order collection from our warehouse or "call and collect" services is not available.

Delayed/Lost Delivery: If you haven't received your order within 21 working days of dispatch, inform our Customer Services . Replacement orders will be sent, and confirmation of non-delivery will be provided.
