Delivery of Products:

Purchases are shipped from our own or third-party warehouses, stores, or offices at various locations in India. Our goal is to deliver products within 7-10 business days from the receipt of the order and payment, contingent on the delivery address. Orders are typically delivered by our staff, third-party courier and logistics companies, or postal services between 10.30 am – 7 pm from Monday to Saturday. It is essential to sign for goods upon delivery. We do not take responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the one who placed the order. Furthermore, we are not liable for product damage post-delivery. Claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the "Contact Us" page on the web store. In case of undelivered orders marked as "Delivered," please notify us within 24 hours for prompt assistance.
